We accept Credit Cards and PayPal.
Returns/Exchanges
Exchanges and Returns are accepted for items not matching with our description. Tiaras and Jewelry will come in a clear plastic bag that is sealed, unless stated otherwise in description. Please do not remove them from the plastic until you are sure that you are going to keep your tiara and/or jewelry. Try them on the best that you can and then make your decision before you remove the plastic wrapping. No returns or exchanges will be accepted if the plastic bag has been unsealed.
Veils must not have been worn and must be in their original condition and packaging. No refunds will be issued on items that are returned damaged or soiled. No Returns or Exchanges are accepted for custom-made veils.
To return or exchange a shipment you will have to get a Return Authorization. Please email us within 1 day of receipt of your order at myveils@charter.net. In your email, please state your reason for a return or an exchange. We will respond with instructions on how to proceed with your return. We will also provide you with a shipping address, where your return/exchange should be sent to.
All returns/exchanges must be postmarked within 7 days of their delivery date.
Please remember that no returns or exchanges will be accepted without our Authorization.
All Unauthorized returns/exchanges will be returned to the sender.
A restocking fee of 15% will be applied to all refunds. In case of exchanges, buyers are responsible for all shipping costs. No refund on shipping and handling will be issued for any reason.
